Q1: What areas do you service?

A: Polynex proudly serves Vancouver and surrounding areas including Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, and Langley. If you’re outside this range, reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate or recommend a solution.

Q2: Do you come to my home or workplace?

A: Yes — Polynex is a fully mobile detailing service. I bring everything needed, including water, power, and cleaning supplies, right to your driveway or office parking spot.

Q3: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can book easily through WhatsApp, email, or the online booking form on our website. Once you share your location and vehicle type, I’ll confirm the appointment and arrival time.

Q4: How long does a detail take?

A: Depending on the service and vehicle condition:

* Interior Detail: 2–3 hours

* Exterior Detail: 1.5–2 hours

* Full Detail: 4–5 hours

Q5: Do you need access to water or electricity?

A: Yes — I carry my own generator with me for power, but I always recommend using the customer’s power source if it’s available, as it’s usually quieter and more convenient.

Currently, I don’t carry a water tank, so I’ll need access to the customer’s water supply for detailing. If that’s not possible or access is limited, I can work with you to find a suitable setup for your appointment.

Q6: What products do you use?

A: Only professional-grade, eco-friendly detailing products that are safe for your vehicle’s materials and the environment.

Q7: How much do your services cost?

A: Pricing depends on the service type, vehicle size, and condition. You can visit our booking page to find more about our services and their individual pricing and you can also request an exact quote through WhatsApp or email within minutes.

Q8: How do I pay?

A: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, e-transfer, or cash upon completion.

Q9: Do you offer discounts or packages?

A: Yes — recurring customers, fleet accounts, and referrals receive special pricing. Watch our social pages for seasonal offers.

Q10: What should I do before my appointment?

A: Please remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle. Make sure the car is parked in a space with room to open doors fully.

Q11: How should I maintain my car after detailing?

A: Avoid washing your car for at least 48 hours after wax or sealant application. For interiors, use a soft microfiber cloth for light dusting and avoid harsh cleaners.

Q12: Do you work in any weather?

A: Most services can be performed outdoors, but heavy rain or extreme cold may require rescheduling. I’ll always confirm if weather affects your booking.

Q13: What’s your satisfaction guarantee?

A: If something doesn’t meet your expectations, I’ll gladly return to fix it. Polynex is built on trust, precision, and complete satisfaction.

Q14: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. A small deposit may be required for certain bookings.

A: Yes — Polynex is fully insured for your peace of mind, covering vehicles, property, and equipment.
